Art Of Chocolate Making Class
our Master Chocolatier Sara Dobson and Pastry Chef Rene Olmeda for our popular Chocolate Making class taught in our exclusive chocolate lab designed by Santosh Tiptur, our chef and owner. Your ticket includes an introduction to the history and origin of chocolates, how to differentiate between good and bad chocolate, chocolate tastings and a visit to our chocolate lab to roll your own truffles and bon bons!
Secrets to French Macarons
Olmeda teaches this 2.5 hour class where guests will learn the secrets to making the perfect French Macaron. We will show the French method and each guest will work through the steps of creating the batter, to piping and finally assembling these tasty confections. By the end of this class guests will have the fundamentals of macarons down to a science, and take home their beautiful creations.
Mommy & Me
Learn how to make a seasonally themed chocolate sculpture in our chocolate lab designed by our very own celebrity Chef Santosh Tiptur. Includes a welcome drink for mom and a hot chocolate for the kids! One ticket buys you one sculpture, if you want to work on a sculpture with your child together then purchase one ticket, if you want to each have your own sculpture then purchase two tickets.
Kids Sweet Escape Chocolate Summer Camp
Level 1: A 2 day camp, where kids will learn how to make bon bons, truffles, and sculpt with chocolate and sugar. Campers will also learn how to create an intricate dessert and enjoy it at the restaurant. Tickets include Lunch. They will be able to take home their creations and share them with the family.
Level 2:For anyone who has already attended our Level1 Join us for our Level 2 camp, where kids will make more detailed bon bons, truffles, and sculpt more advanced chocolate sculptures. Campers will also create an intricate dessert and enjoy it at the restaurant. They will be able to take home their creations and share them with the family. Lunch is included in the ticket
Sip & Sculpt
Join our Master Chocolatiers Sara Dobson for our hands on Sip and Sculpt class right here in our exclusive chocolate lab designed by Santosh Tiptur, our chef and owner. Your ticket includes an introduction to the history and origin of chocolates, how to differentiate between good and bad chocolate, and chocolate tastings. Create a seasonally themed chocolate sculpture from scratch! Tickets to this class also include 2 glasses of wine or beer and light appetizers.
Chocolate Bar Class
Join our Master Chocolatier Sara Dobson and Executive Pastry Chef Kathleen Faliskie in this hour and a half class in our exclusive chocolate studio designed by Santosh Tiptur. Attendees will learn to temper chocolate to make two chocolate bars with their choice of inclusions, experience a chocolate tasting and understand how chocolate is made.
Cake Pop Workshop
Join our Pastry Chef’s Kathleen Faliskie and Leah Sokoloski in this fun and exciting cake pop workshop! You will have your choice of cake pop filling, chocolate dip, and decorations to build your perfect cake pop. Each ticket includes 6 cake pops to take home and enjoy!
Pate a Choux
his hands-on course introduces our guests to the wonderful world of pate a choux. Pâte à choux is what profiteroles or cream puffs. Each guest will have the opportunity to make their own cream puffs, cracklin topping, and filling to take home.
Cake Decorating Class
Join our Famous Executive Pastry Chef Kathleen Faliskie and Leah Sokoloski in a 2 hour cake decorating class. Learn how to stack, fill, and fully decorate a 6 inch cake with a chocolate ganache drip. You will learn all of the best cake tips and tricks. Each participant will work on their own individual 6" cake to be boxed and taken home.
Pies & Tarts
Work through the steps to make the perfect pie, learn how to make pie crust, pie fillings, and tart shells and tart fillings.
